We had a fabulous stay that met requirements, would definitely come back. We thoroughly enjoyed this fantastic hotel; its wonderful breakfasts, luxurious rooms. The location was brilliant, around 4-6 minutes walk from old town The restaurant was good, and the staff really kind and kind.

The gardens were so lush, it felt like I was in a tropical paradise. And guess what? No mosquitoes! Total bonus.

Oh, the thrill of waiting for a slow and uncomfortable journey. Who needs efficiency and comfort anyways?

This place has really comfy beds that make you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. You also get your own private safe to keep your valuables secure. the room comes with a nice sitting area and a writing desk — great if you need to get some work done or just relax. the interior design is lovely and adds a cozy touch to the room. the service here is top-notch, they really go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. And the breakfast they serve is not only tasty but also a delightful way to start your day! 🌟

I recently had an incredible stay at Baia Sonambula in Tofo. The owners, Gianluca and Stephanie, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The attention to detail in the rooms was amazing, from the flowers on the bed to the cottage industry cosmetics in the bathroom. The breakfast overlooking the ocean was delicious, and the staff were always helpful and caring. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the overall design of the guesthouse was tasteful and beautiful. I can't wait to come back to experience the honeymoon suite with the private plunge pool!

    Totally recommend this hotel.

Amazing small hotel with an incredible breakfast at a good rate. Marvellous and brilliant location in a beautiful area close to wildlife, the main market, and long beaches. - Fatima's Nest Restaurant nearby is a great place to chill out.

I enjoyed watching Humpback Whales while lounging on my private deck at Baia Sonambula. It was a truly captivating experience, definitely beats Netflix!

I just didn't like having a slow and uncomfortable traveling experience, waiting around like a royal in Mozambique. Ugh, so inconvenient!

We had a banging time in Tofo with our squad, and Baia Sonambula was the perfect base for our epic adventures. The beach was straight fire, the vibes were on point, and the staff were super chill. The rooms were dope, had everything we needed, and the ocean view was fuego. Baia Sonambula definitely knows how to cater to young party-goers like us!

The only thing missing was a sick party scene at the hotel itself. We had to head out to other spots in town to get our party on.

Baia Sonambula is an incredible stay, with genuine and welcoming hosts, spotless rooms, and attention to detail. The facilities are great value, with cute beds and a touch of class. The staff is helpful and caring, going above and beyond to accommodate guests. The breakfast is delicious and the WiFi is fast. The property has a beautiful Mediterranean feel and a fantastic view of the beach.

    Nothing that I didn't like.

I had an amazing stay at this romantic beachfront paradise. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. the service was exceptional, with friendly and welcoming staff. the daily breakfast on the terrace was a treat, with breathtaking views of the beach. the location was perfect for spotting migrating whales. this hidden gem provided a delightful experience for couples.

There was a dispute regarding the free airport shuttle service that was initially advertised.

The rooms at Baia Sonambula are incredibly comfortable, with lovely touches like fresh flowers and homemade coconut oil. It feels like a cozy home away from home, with a central kitchen where the aroma of daily baked goods fills the air. Each room has a charming French-inspired boutique appeal that makes it feel extra special.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of one feature -. But hey, that's just my opinion and others might still enjoy it.

The guest house is a perfect beach retreat, with stunning ocean views and a private plunge pool. The staff were amazing, and the owners were warm and helpful with everything we needed. The attention to detail throughout the property, from the beautiful design to the flowers placed in various spots, added a special touch. The breakfast was fantastic and beautifully presented. It was definitely the best stay we've had in Mozambique.

Felt very homey, nothing was too much trouble.
